Head-Corporate Leasing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute leasing strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
• Identify and secure new tenants (corporate clients, MNCs, anchor tenants).
• Build strong relationships with key corporate occupiers and real estate consultants.
• Manage end-to-end leasing activities, including space marketing, client negotiations, drafting of LOI & Lease and closure of lease agreements.
• Ensure smooth execution of lease documentation in coordination with legal and compliance teams.
• Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and vacancy levels.
• Lead and mentor the leasing team to ensure performance goals are met.
• Coordinate with the property management, legal, finance, and facility teams to ensure a seamless leasing process.
• Ensure leasing revenue targets are achieved or exceeded.
• Maintain accurate records and generate periodic leasing reports for management.

Key Requirements:

• Education: MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.

• Experience: 10–15 years of progressive experience in commercial/corporate real estate leasing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Industry Background: Real estate, property development, retail, or commercial leasing.

• Skills:

o Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets and lease structuring.

o Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

o Strategic thinking with a revenue-driven approach.

o Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Proven track record of closing high-value leasing transactions.

• Network of corporate clients and landlords.
