Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, managing sales processes, and coordinating with the marketing team. The role involves developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, conducting market research, and attending industry events to stay updated on market trends. Qualifications Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management Market Research and Market Analysis skills Strategic Planning and Execution capabilities Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field area Think you’re a great fit for the role?
