Retail Leasing Surveyor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Leasing Surveyor located in New Delhi.

The Retail Leasing Surveyor will manage retail leasing activities, including tenant acquisitions, site inspections, site visits, market research, lease negotiations, and client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Proficient in tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, market research and client relationship management
• Strong skills in market research and identifying real estate opportunities
• Ability to conduct site visits, manage leasing documentation, and ensure compliance
• Strong communication, and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of local retail markets and industry standards
• Experience with property management software and tools is a plus
• Flexibility to travel within the region and work collaboratively with a dynamic team
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
