Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute leasing strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics. Identify and secure new tenants (corporate clients, MNCs, anchor tenants). Build strong relationships with key corporate occupiers and real estate consultants. Manage end-to-end leasing activities, including space marketing, client negotiations, drafting of LOI & Lease and closure of lease agreements.
