🚀 Hiring: Business Development Executive – Corporate, Retail, Warehouse & Industrial Leasing

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive who can drive leasing opportunities across Corporate Offices, Retail Spaces, Warehouses, and Industrial Properties. If you have a strong understanding of the real estate leasing market and love building client relationships, this role is for you!

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across Corporate, Retail, Warehouse & Industrial Leasing.

Build & maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, landlords, and developers.

Coordinate client meetings, property visits, negotiations, and closures.

Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets.

Maintain updated databases of clients,brands & corporates.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

1–5 years of experience in Corporate / Retail / Warehouse / Industrial Leasing.

Strong negotiation, communication & client-handling skills.

Good market knowledge and a proactive approach to generating business.

Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines.

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate (preferred).
