Senior Manager – Leasing ( Warehousing & Dark Stores)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the warehousing & dark stores leasing team with full ownership of mandates and targets.
• Identify suitable assets across Delhi NCR and PAN India through market mapping and developer engagement.
• Drive negotiations between landlords, developers, and clients ensuring commercial viability for all parties.
• Coordinate with internal survey teams, legal (for documentation), and senior management for closures.
• Ensure accurate CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and reporting.

Manage requirements from large enterprise clients, e-commerce companies, quick-commerce operators, and FMCG players.

Requirements

• Experience in Warehousing, Industrial, Logistics, or Dark Store Leasing.

• Strong understanding of warehousing specifications (VDF flooring, docking, fire grade, clear height, etc.).

• Proven track record of closures with enterprise or quick-commerce clients.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Sound knowledge of Delhi NCR markets; PAN-India exposure is a bonus.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, market mapping, and client presentations.
