Automint specializes in providing employees with the opportunity to purchase their dream car and device at up to a 40% discount through a tax-saving leasing solution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Convert inbound employee leads into sales by effectively explaining the car and mobile leasing proposition. - Present leasing options with a strong focus on financial and tax implications to employees. - Identify customer needs and offer tailored leasing solutions that align with their financial and personal requirements. - Cultivate and nurture relationships with employees through consistent communication and follow-ups. - Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and leasing agreements to customers. - Address customer queries regarding leasing, finance, and tax matters, providing expert guidance. - Strive to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field is preferred. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential. - Demonstrated high level of empathy to understand employee needs and provide customized employee benefit solutions.
