As a Leasing Consultant at Elmington Property Management, your role is essential in ensuring the overall success of the property by supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring resident satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on meeting leasing and financial goals while providing excellent customer service. Here's what you can expect in this role: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for managing the community's reputation through various channels such as social media, direct communication, and marketing. As the primary communicator, you will engage with prospects, residents, vendors, and the market. Your goal will be to continuously seek ways to improve traffic, leasing, and total income. Additionally, you will work alongside the Community Director to achieve property goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide exemplary customer service to all residents, proactively solve issues, and create a warm and welcoming environment. - Ensure compliance with federal fair housing standards and all other applicable laws. - Develop your professional skills, seek continual growth, and learn from mistakes. - Adhere to company policies and procedures in all interactions. - Maintain a professional image and effectively represent the company to residents, vendors, and owners. - Operate computers and other technological devices on site. - Conduct prospective resident tours, showcasing the property with pride. - Resolve issues promptly with a focus on customer service. - Participate in resident events, market the property, and focus on resident retention. - Perform all other duties as assigned. **Qualifications Required:** - 1 year of multi-family property management experience preferred. - Previous Leasing experience is a plus. - Background in Customer Experience Specialists or related fields encouraged to apply. - Previous experience working with a team to achieve success.
