Job Description

Role Overview

Growth Executive

Key Responsibilities

Drive employee awareness and adoption of DAAS by showcasing
personalized tax savings
(old vs. new regime).
Lead
kiosk activations, promotions, and device pre-booking drives
at client's HQ.
Consult employees one-on-one to explain lease benefits and financial impact.
Manage Automint’s dedicated space at client's HQ, ensuring smooth operations and safe handling of devices.
Coordinate logistics, documentation, and device handover with Automint and client's teams.
Work with HR/Payroll teams for lease deductions and compliance.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of
taxation and salary structuring
.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Prior experience in
sales/employee engagement/financial advisory
is an advantage.
Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage on-ground operations.
Comfortable with technology and mobile devices.
