Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities:

• Learning Operations & Program Management

  • Support the execution of learning programs, including scheduling, logistics, and reporting.
  • Manage training records, enrollments, and completions within the LMS (Workday

preferred).

  • Ensure compliance training tracking and reporting are accurate and timely.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in Learning Operations or Learning Administration.

• Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level) for data analysis and reporting.

• Basic knowledge of Power BI for data visualization.

• Understanding of learning metrics and training impact assessment.

• Experience in PR/PO processes and procurement workflows.

• Preferred experience in Workday LMS or similar learning management systems.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills to ensure timely task completion.

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
