North Region

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Partnership

  • Partner with North Region FMRTS business leaders to understand key business objectives and workforce needs.
  • Provide HR insights to support strategic decisions, organizational design, and resource planning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters.

2. Talent Management & Development

  • Drive talent identification, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Work with the central L&D team to implement training programs for skill enhancement.
  • Ensure performance management processes are effectively executed and followed through.

3. Employee Engagement & Communication

  • Foster a high-performance and inclusive culture across FMRTS locations in the North region.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and drive action plans.
  • Manage grievance handling and promote positive employee relations.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee HR operational excellence — including onboarding, exits, payroll coordination, and policy implementation.
  • Ensure statutory and labor law compliance across sites in collaboration with the compliance team.
  • Support audits and ensure adherence to company HR policies and practices.

5. Data & Analytics

  • Leverage HR metrics to provide business insights on attrition, manpower costs, and engagement.
  • Present regular dashboards and recommendations to leadership.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in

    Hindi

    (mandatory) and English; Kannada/Tamil is an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in handling HR data and metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and travel as required to the North region.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:

    MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Experience:

    8–12 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, preferably in Facility Management, Real Estate, or similar sectors.
  • Proven experience managing geographically distributed teams or regions.
