Job Description

HR Partner (HRBP).

Employee Engagement :

  • Responsible for driving AHM / Townhalls as per specified intervals
  • One on One / Skip level meetings with all Plants.
  • Ensure employee participation in engagement surveys for all Plants.
  • Drive Reward and Recognition Initiatives across Region.
  • Drive CDI framework across the Region.

Training, Capability Building:

  • Participate in the process of training needs identification for Plants
  • To co-ordinate with Region L&D team for training calendar implementation
  • To undertake other interventions like employee engagement surveys, skills training, etc. for enhancing HR effectiveness.
  • Effectively participate in Organization Development programs and smooth implementation of the same.

HR Systems and MIS:

  • To ensure optimum usage of SAP and its functionalities in liaison with the SAP HR team at the Region, and review the SAP updating at the Plant level on a regular basis
  • To ensure SAP usage capability in HR team by organizing training programs for the same
  • To ensure periodic review of HR processes for improvement and establishing new processes as required. To Liaison with the Region HR for the same
  • To develop and implement, and monitor various HR MIS and reports at the Plant and the Region level
  • To provide weekly/ monthly/ annual reports, MIS and analysis to Region HR Head, Region HR on HR activities for the Region, key initiatives/ challenges, etc. Implementation of HR Systems and Processes
  • Induction of mid and senior new joinee.
  • Employee Data Management
  • Support Region HR Head on all people related matters

Performance Management:

  • To ensure effective implementation of the Performance Management System, including facilitation of goal setting process to ensure alignment to company goals, providing feedback to employees, counselling, coaching, collation of forms and ratings, ratings review and analysis etc.
  • To assist Region HR Head to review and monitor Bell Curve implementation at all plants.
  • Ensure proper PMS feedback process and handle all the escalations with the help of Region HR Head.
