Job Description

The Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist will design, manage, and enhance learning programs that align with evolving organizational needs. The role involves working across departments to identify capability gaps, deliver engaging learning experiences, and measure impact. This position plays a key part in onboarding, upskilling, and enabling talent at every stage of the employee journey.
What This Role Will Drive

Learning Strategy and Program Development

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify current and future training needs
  • Design and deliver learning content using instructor-led, digital, and blended formats
  • Develop structured learning paths and capability-building frameworks for various roles
  • Support onboarding programs to ensure consistent and impactful new hire experiences
  • Collaborate with SMEs, department leads, and external vendors for specialized trainings

Enablement, Tools, and Culture

  • Manage learning platforms including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital content libraries
  • Promote knowledge sharing and internal mentoring through structured initiatives
  • Track and analyze learning outcomes using feedback, performance metrics, and ROI indicators
  • Facilitate leadership development, soft skills, technical, and compliance trainings
  • Contribute to a culture of learning through campaigns and continuous engagement
Preferred Profile
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Learning & Development role
  • Familiarity with adult learning theory, instructional design models, and training delivery practices
  • Proficiency in LMS platforms and tools such as Articulate or TalentLMS
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project ownership with the ability to independently manage L&D initiatives
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and report training effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Certifications in L&D, Instructional Design, or OD (such as ATD, SHRM, or CIPD) are a plus
  • Experience in a technology or IT services environment is preferred
  • Awareness of global L&D trends and the evolving role of digital in modern learning
