Are you a seasoned Test Automation Engineer passionate about quality assurance and automation? Join our dynamic team in Hyderabad, working in a hybrid model, as we seek a highly skilled professional who can elevate our automation efforts and ensure robust, reliable software delivery. As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts primarily using Python, Selenium, Rest Assured, PyTest, and Playwright frameworks. Your expertise will be crucial in validating both API and UI functionalities, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. What You Will Do: Develop and maintain scalable, reusable automation scripts and frameworks for both UI and API testing Conduct thorough API testing using Rest Assured and Python, analyze API responses and logs to identify and troubleshoot errors Work closely with developers, product managers, and business teams to comprehend requirements, set testing priorities, and ensure alignment across teams Prepare detailed test cases, manage test execution, and meticulously track defects through their lifecycle Participate actively in patch testing and production release testing to mitigate risks before deployments Collaborate in Agile sprints, contributing to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines with Jenkins integrations Deliver demos and presentations on your test deliverables and automation progress to various stakeholders What We’re Looking For: 8+ years of professional experience in test automation, specifically with Python scripting and automation tools like Selenium and Playwright Strong hands-on experience with PyTest framework and API testing using Rest Assured Solid understanding of database querying to validate backend data integrity Comprehensive knowledge of software testing methodologies, defect management, and patch/prod release cycles Prior experience working within Agile teams and familiarity with sprint ceremonies and tools Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Work Details: Work Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid Model) Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST If you are driven by quality, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment with a focus on automation innovation, we want to hear from you!
