Role Overview:

Were now looking for someone to own learning & growth - a leader who keeps teams upskilled, builds training programs that stick and ensures continuous professional development. You will design and deliver training programs that elevate skills across Yaas - including production, scripting, video editing, TA, operations and account management - to support a culture of growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess training and development needs across teams. Partner with HR, managers, and external trainers to align learning with business objectives.
  • Create blended learning formats: workshops, modules, coaching, online platforms.
  • Introduce innovative L&D strategies, including digital learning, gamification, and microlearning.
  • Design in-house training led by the existing team, complemented by external sessions from industry experts.
  • Partner with department heads and external experts to shape the curriculum.
  • Monitor training impact, refine programs based on feedback.
  • Continuously improve programs based on feedback and business needs.
  • Champion continuous learning, knowledge-sharing culture. Ensure team accountability.
  • Measure ROI of learning interventions via performance and engagement metrics.
  • Stay abreast of industry people trends in order to understand how to future proof the business
  • Support leadership development programs and career progression plans.
  • Drive a learning culture through internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Stay updated with L&D trends and best practices.
  • Manage L&D budgets and vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

  • 4 - 8 years in L&D, preferably in creative or tech-oriented environments.
  • Experience designing training programs for technical and creative roles.
  • Excellent communication, instructional design and evaluation skills.
