As part of the Learning and Development team you will design and deliver innovative training programs that enhance employee skills and foster a culture of continuous learning. As a Senior Associate, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content that meets diverse learner needs while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

- Design and deliver engaging training programs to enhance employee skills

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop relevant content

- Confirm training materials meet diverse learner needs and industry standards

- Foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization

- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement enhancements

- Provide support and guidance to participants during training sessions

- Stay informed about trends in learning and development

- Contribute to the overall strategy of the Learning and Development team

What You Must Have

- Master's Degree

- 5 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Master's Degree in English Literature, Mass Communication, English Education, or Instructional Design

- Proficiency in instructional design models like ADDIE and SAM

- Designing for CPE learning with NASBA compliance knowledge

- Utilizing tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 and Captivate

- Analyzing data to enhance learning outcomes

- Coordinating projects and engaging stakeholders effectively

- Adapting to fast-paced, matrixed environments

- Creating accessibility-compliant content

- Staying updated with latest learning trends
