Learning And Development Specialist

As a Learning & Development Specialist at AB InBev GCC, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational excellence through the design and delivery of strategic learning solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to accelerate employee growth and performance by creating personalized development pathways, implementing innovative learning programs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. By partnering with L&D Managers and business leaders, you will identify learning needs, manage the end-to-end delivery of learning programs, and administer the Learning Experience Platform & Learning Management System. Your role will involve conducting thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps, driving adoption through engaging communication strategies, and tracking learning metrics to provide insights and recommend improvements. You will support learning adoption across functions, benchmark externally for innovative learning solutions, and manage external vendors and partners. Additionally, you will implement evaluation frameworks to assess training effectiveness and manage and maintain the LMS and LXP. To excel in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, with proven expertise in managing end-to-end learning program execution. An MBA in HR or a Master's in Psychology/Learning Design is preferred, along with experience working on LMS & LXP. Your skills should include instructional design, curriculum development, training delivery, content creation, change management, data analysis, stakeholder management, and needs analysis.
