Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Learning & Development Manager to lead our capability-building initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of hands-on experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful learning interventions with a strong track record of engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

•       Design & Delivery: Develop, implement, and evaluate learning strategies and programs aligned with business goals; driving all mandatory trainings

•       Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and department heads to identify training needs and influence L&D priorities

•       Program Management: Drive end-to-end management of key learning initiatives including leadership development, onboarding, upskilling, and compliance programs

•       Performance Consulting: Conduct training needs analyses (TNA) and capability assessments to close skill gaps and drive performance

•       Vendor Management: Evaluate, onboard, and manage external training partners or content providers

•       Measurement & ROI: Define success metrics, measure learning effectiveness, and continuously improve learning programs based on data insights

•       Digital Learning: Leverage LMS tools and blended learning methodologies to enhance learning accessibility and experience

•       Team Development: Lead and mentor junior L&D team members

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•       Bachelor's or Masters degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or a related field

•       8–10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development

•       Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

•       Experience in facilitating leadership and behavioral skills training.

•       Strong analytical mindset with knowledge of training metrics and ROI frameworks.

•       Familiarity with modern learning technologies (e.g., LMS, e-learning tools, virtual training platforms).

•       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
