Learning And Development Specialist

As the L&D Specialist at Kalpa Power, a leader in renewable energy, you will be responsible for designing and delivering learning experiences that drive our mission to transform sustainable energy. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping talent and powering growth within the organization. Your impact will be seen through strategic and operational leadership, where you will drive excellence in learning and development across the employee lifecycle. This includes managing the Learning Management System (LMS), administering e-learning content, and generating training dashboards and analytics reports. You will also be responsible for executing technical, behavioral, and compliance trainings, managing the training calendar, and overseeing vendor partnerships. Operational excellence will be a key focus, where you will maintain training repositories, resolve employee training queries, and ensure compliance training adherence. Additionally, you will be involved in future-focused initiatives such as supporting leadership development programs, implementing innovative learning assessment frameworks, and driving engagement through Employee Resource Group (ERG) groups. To excel in this role, you should be a proactive innovator with 4-8 years of experience in L&D/HR operations, preferably in the energy or manufacturing sector. Proficiency in LMS and Salesforce, data analysis using Excel/Power BI, collaboration with cross-cultural stakeholders, and a self-driven mindset are essential qualities. The essentials for this position include a Bachelors/Masters degree in HR/Business/Psychology, expertise in training program design and delivery, excellent communication skills, and mastery in PowerPoint for executive presentations.
