About MOC

MOC is a brainchild of 4 cancer treating consultants built with an intention to provide quality and affordable cancer care. The very genesis of MOC is based on offering the best in the class and the most updated medical interventions at the hands of highly qualified doctors in cancer treatment and related services, using a State-of-the-Art facility coupled with Seamless Healthcare Value-Added Services for patient. We are a first of its kind, the largest chain of daycare centers for cancer treatment.

Role Summary:

The Learning & Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing learning programs, and implementing development initiatives that enhance employee skills and performance. This role ensures a continuous learning culture within the organization and supports employee growth aligned with business goals.

The candidate must be willing to travel to our centers located in Pune, Kolhapur, Aurangabad, and Nashik as part of training and development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Needs Analysis

  • Conduct training needs assessments across departments.
  • Collaborate with managers to understand skill gaps and development requirements.
  • Review performance data to identify learning priorities.

2. Program Design & Development

  • Design and develop training modules (classroom, virtual, e-learning).
  • Prepare instructional materials, presentations, manuals, and assessments.
  • Work with subject matter experts to create relevant content.

3. Training Delivery

  • Facilitate in-house training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
  • Conduct on-site training visits to centers in Pune, Kolhapur, Aurangabad, and Nashik
  • Coordinate external trainers when required.
  • Ensure high engagement and effective learning outcomes.

4. Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Manage LMS content, user access, and reporting.
  • Track employee participation, completion, and progress.
  • Generate dashboards and training analytics.

5. Evaluation & Improvement

  • Measure training effectiveness using feedback forms, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Recommend improvements to training programs based on insights.

6. Talent & Development Initiatives

  • Support leadership development, soft skills interventions, and career progression programs.
  • Assist in creating learning calendars and capability-building frameworks.
  • Participate in employee engagement and HR development initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Experience with LMS tools and e-learning platforms.
  • Good communication, creativity, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles is an advantage.
