Role Overview

HR – L&D Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Execute Training Programs:

  Build induction, onboarding, and training modules for frontline staff and managers.

• Employee Onboarding:

  Ensure smooth cultural and operational integration for new hires.

• Learning & Development:

  Create and deliver upskilling programs for employees across functions.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Work with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and create learning solutions.

• Performance Enablement:

  Track training effectiveness, employee performance improvements, and ensure measurable outcomes.

• People Engagement:

  Build trust and rapport with employees across levels, from frontline staff to senior management.

• Travel Support:

  Visit different properties/locations when required to conduct training and support L&D initiatives.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• MBA in HR (Tier 2 institute or higher preferred).
• Prior experience in

  training, onboarding, or L&D

  within hospitality, student housing, retail, logistics, or similar industries.
• Strong communication skills in

  Kannada & English

  (Hindi is a plus).
• Energetic personality with structured thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage employees at all levels with empathy and professionalism.
• Organized, result-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
