Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and people-oriented professionals to join our HR team as Lead and Senior Executive – HR Business Partners for our US shift operations. The ideal candidates will act as trusted advisors to business leaders, driving employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness across assigned business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and objectives.
  • Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle management — onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and exit formalities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective workforce planning, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Support and execute HR initiatives, policies, and programs for the US shift workforce.
  • Track HR metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with COEs (Talent Acquisition, Learning, Compensation, etc.) to deliver a seamless employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies, labor laws, and organizational standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 3–7 years of HRBP or generalist experience (for Senior Executive and Lead roles respectively).
  • Prior experience supporting US or global shifts preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage employee relations with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts aligned to US time zones.
