Role Overview We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Academic Head – NEET to lead our NEET (medical entrance) academic vertical across online platforms and school-integrated programs. This leadership role is ideal for someone who understands the rigor of competitive exam preparation and brings a passion for academic excellence, team leadership, and content innovation. Key Responsibilities Academic Strategy & Planning (NEET): Lead the academic roadmap for NEET preparation across online batches and school tie-ups. Define learning outcomes, design course structures, and plan academic calendars aligned with NEET syllabus and patterns. Content & Curriculum Excellence: Oversee development and enhancement of high-quality NEET content (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) including video lectures, mock tests, assignments, and concept notes. Ensure curriculum is aligned with the latest NTA/NCERT standards and incorporates question-level analytics and adaptive learning. Faculty & Team Management: Build, manage, and mentor a team of experienced NEET faculty and content developers. Organize faculty training, performance reviews, and delivery audits for both live and recorded classes. Program Delivery & Monitoring: Ensure smooth academic execution for both online NEET batches and school-integrated programs , maintaining consistency in teaching quality and learner engagement. Travel occasionally to partner schools for academic reviews, orientation sessions, and teacher support. Student Performance & Analytics: Track student progress using data dashboards and implement timely interventions to drive better results. Identify performance gaps and innovate solutions such as doubt-solving, revision modules, and remedial programs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Tech, Sales, and School Ops teams to ensure an aligned and scalable learning experience. Represent the NEET vertical in internal strategy discussions and external academic forums. Key Requirements Doctorate in Science (preferably Biology/Zoology/Botany), and/or additional certifications in education preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in NEET coaching/academic planning with 4+ years in a leadership capacity. Deep understanding of NEET exam trends, student psychology, and content delivery models (online and hybrid). Experience with school-integrated academic models is a strong advantage.
