Job Description

Objective of the Role

A Facilitator is primarily responsible for:

  • Delivering training programs as per defined InspireOne standards
  • Customizing InspireOne solutions to client needs
  • Managing projects from planning to execution
  • Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and delight
  • Supporting training need analysis, solution design, and pre-sales efforts

Key Elements of the Role

1. Solution / Training Delivery

  • Facilitate training or consulting sessions as per client plan
  • Consistently meet or exceed quality standards in delivery
  • Ensure a high level of client engagement and satisfaction

2. Project Management

  • Manage multiple client projects effectively
  • Conduct regular project reviews and updates

3. Product Development

  • Support in customizing and enhancing InspireOne offerings
  • Contribute to internal knowledge and product development

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain strong client relationships
  • Ensure proactive engagement and client delight

Challenges in the Role

  • Delivering across levels and industries with customization
  • Working under pressure with flexibility in work timings
  • Frequent travel requirements
  • Strong analytical thinking to identify root causes and solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional and cross-location teams
  • Achieving business targets and meeting tight deadlines
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members to maximize performance

Person Specifications

Educational Qualifications

UG: Any discipline

PG: Masters degree or MBA (preferred)

Relevant Experience

710 years of experience including:

  • Training facilitation
  • Consulting and project management
  • Client engagement and relationship management
  • Knowledge of sales (desirable)
  • Experience with Development Centers (added advantage)
