Sales Associate (Learning & Development Solutions)

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Business Development

• Identify and target potential clients across sectors (BFSI, Pharma, IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Generate qualified leads via referrals, LinkedIn, networking, and industry forums
• Pitch InspireOnes leadership, behavioral, and capability development solutions

Consultative Solution Selling

• Engage with HR, L&D, CHROs, and Business Heads to understand business and learning needs
• Collaborate internally with solutioning and consulting teams to co-create custom interventions
• Position InspireOne as a strategic partner, not just a vendor

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the face of InspireOne for key accounts post-closure, especially in South and West India
• Drive client engagement to facilitate upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Internal Coordination

• Work closely with Consultants, Project Managers, and Content teams for seamless delivery
• Ensure a smooth handover post-sale and alignment on client expectations

Proposal Development & Closures

• Co-develop impactful proposals and pitch decks
• Lead commercial discussions and drive closure

Performance Metrics

• Revenue targets (monthly/quarterly/annual)
• Number of qualified meetings
• Proposal-to-conversion ratio
• New accounts vs. business from existing accounts
• Client satisfaction and renewals

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience Band: 1-4 years in B2B sales
• Industry Preference: L&D, HR Consulting, Training Firms
