Role Overview: As a full-time On-Showroom Sales Consultant at KHATWANI MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED in Jabalpur, your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective and existing customers. You will need to understand their needs, offer guidance on automotive solutions, and ensure a positive sales experience. Your daily tasks will include providing consulting services, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels, and achieving sales targets. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients through regular interactions will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs - Provide guidance on automotive solutions - Ensure a positive sales experience for customers - Address customer inquiries and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction - Meet sales targets through effective sales consulting - Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients - Utilize strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset - Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers Qualification Required: - Proven skills in sales consulting and understanding client needs to provide suitable solutions - Strong customer-oriented skills in customer satisfaction and customer service - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Experience in the automotive industry or related field is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience),
