Sales Consultant

As a showroom sales associate, your role involves greeting and engaging customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and budget, and providing expert advice on interior design concepts, trends, and products. You will maintain a thorough understanding of the products available in the showroom and stay updated with new arrivals, bestsellers, and promotions. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting customers in selecting furniture, fixtures, fabrics, and accessories that align with their style and functional needs - Creating mood boards, design layouts, and visual presentations to help customers visualize their space - Offering solutions for space planning, color schemes, and interior styling - Guiding customers through the purchasing process and following up to ensure satisfaction - Collaborating with team members, sales associates, and interior designers for a seamless customer experience - Participating in promotional events, workshops, or seminars to attract new customers - Utilizing social media and marketing tools to showcase the showroom's offerings - Maintaining customer records, design files, and project documentation - Handling scheduling for design consultations and installations - Staying informed about the latest design trends, materials, and industry advancements In addition to your key responsibilities, you will also be expected to maintain the showroom's appearance by arranging displays, ensuring products are presented attractively, and keeping the showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked.
