Job Description - I t is 100% desk jobs and this role is to reach out to the pre generated leads contacts through calling, generate the needs in customer and create qualified leads for sales team. Make 100-150 outbound calls on pre generated leads and find out qualified leads. Identified customer needs and wants to enhance customer experiences and boost lead generation. Assists the property buyers to make the right decision. Adhere quality parameters and ensure compliance of calls. Prioritized tasks to meet tight deadlines, pitching in to assist others with project duties. Managed customer relations through communication and helpful interactions. Worked varied hours to meet seasonal and business needs. Completed daily logs for management review. Desired Candidate Profile - 1. Fluent English Speaking 2. Active listening skill 3.
