Role Snapshot

The Lead UI/UX Designer will own the entire design lifecycle—from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and final delivery. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to create intuitive, beautiful, and functional interfaces. As a design leader, you’ll also mentor junior designers and champion user-centric thinking across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design efforts across multiple digital products (web & mobile).
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into simple, elegant design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design tools.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Establish and maintain a design system for consistency and scalability.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles across cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

What We’re Looking For

• 6–10 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior design role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects with measurable impact.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable designs.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• A strategic thinker who can balance creativity with business goals.
