As a Senior Product Designer with a strong background in B2C products, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual and interaction designs that align with business goals and enhance customer experiences. With 3+ years of experience in Consumer/B2C product-based companies, you must possess exceptional visual design skills and problem-solving abilities. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with engineers to implement designs, working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and utilizing data and user feedback to craft intuitive, customer-focused designs. You should have a strong product and customer sense, be proficient in design tools like Figma and Sketch, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in collaborative environments. We are looking for a team player with experience in IC roles, who can contribute to design systems, collaborate with larger teams, and ensure consistency in design through the use of design systems. Your portfolio will be an essential part of the application process, showcasing your proficiency in visual design, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
