Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Transformation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for the Finance function that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives
• Lead the development and execution of the end-to-end finance transformation roadmap, aligned with the organization’s digital strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement in SAP environment.
• Drive SAP realignment as per the changing needs of the business
• Administrator of Master Data to ensure high quality master data is maintained and used across digital platforms
• Draw up business cases for tech implementations with clear deliverables and benefits and drive governance to ensure benefits are delivered
• Partner with Enterprise Tech to ensure the best Tech environment for SPNI Finance

• Drive the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA across key finance processes, including P2P, O2C, R2R, and FP&A, to enhance financial processes, reporting, and data management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities, including RPA, AI, and analytics, to enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and informed decision-making.
• Establish governance structures and change management plans to ensure the adoption of new processes and systems.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives and ensure continuous improvement.

• Strong understanding of financial processes, systems, and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
• Experience in change management and leading cross-functional teams through transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in finance and digital transformation.
• Experience with other digital finance tools and platforms.
