Lead Transformation - Finance (SAP)

As a Transformation Lead for Finance at CulverMax Entertainment Pvt Ltd, formerly known as Sony Pictures Networks India, your role will be crucial in driving the digital transformation journey for the Finance function, focusing on integrating cutting-edge digital technologies, particularly SAP S/4HANA. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives - Leading the development and execution of the end-to-end finance transformation roadmap, aligned with the organization's digital strategy - Driving continuous improvement in the SAP environment and realigning SAP as per changing business needs - Administering Master Data to ensure high-quality data is maintained and used across digital platforms - Creating business cases for tech implementations, driving governance to ensure benefits are delivered - Partnering with Enterprise Tech to ensure the best tech environment for SPNI Finance - Implementing and optimizing SAP S/4HANA across key finance processes to enhance financial processes, reporting, and data management - Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and decision-making - Establishing governance structures and change management plans to ensure the adoption of new processes and systems - Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives Your skillset should include a strong understanding of financial processes, systems, and best practices, excellent project management skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, an analytical mindset, experience in change management, and knowledge of industry trends in finance and digital transformation.
