Responsibilities Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to attract top talent for sales and technical positions in the system integration domain. Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic hiring solutions. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Build and promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates through various platforms. Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarking to make data-driven hiring decisions. Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness. Engage and manage recruitment agencies, job portals, and other hiring partners when necessary. Key Requirements 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in hiring sales and technical roles for system integration companies. Strong understanding of the IT solutions, system integration, and cybersecurity hiring landscape. Proven experience in headhunting and direct sourcing using job boards, social media, and professional networks. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in managing recruitment tools and ATS platforms. Ability to handle multiple hiring projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally Work closely with HRBP and Learning & Development teams to ensure smooth onboarding and career progression. Show more Show less
