Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4-5 years of experience to lead our Talent Acquisition team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare industry and excellent leadership skills.
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field.
Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and its trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with recruitment software and tools.
A graduate degree is required.
