Role Overview

Support Engineer Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the L1/L2 support team, managing shifts and rotation schedules.
• Oversee and improve pre-trade workflows, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Define, document, and implement SOPs for incident management and operational processes.
• Monitor production systems, ensuring timely detection, escalation, and resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to drive automation and workflow improvements.
• Maintain business continuity through proactive monitoring and precision in manual tasks.
• Handle ad-hoc requests and ensure smooth coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and command-line tools.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python/Shell) and troubleshooting production environments.
• Proven experience leading support or operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
