Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of software applications and automation tools

• Conceive and architect efficient, production-scale algorithms that transform real-world challenges into elegant solutions

• Integration of machine learning models with production-grade systems.

• Mentor junior engineers and foster best practices across the engineering team

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and Design teams

• Own and drive iterative sprint releases in Agile development

• Stay ahead of technology trends and drive adoption of modern engineering practices

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python

• Experience in Object Oriented languages C++ or Java

• Sound knowledge in LLM, Reinforcement learning algorithms, Model Tuning and optimization

• Experience in Data Science, Machine Learning models and algorithms

• Strong foundation in Mathematics

• Expertise in algorithms, data structures, and system design

• Hands-on experience with Git and collaborative development tools

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage engineering teams

• Effective verbal and written communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with building and deploying machine learning systems

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and SaaS development

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Proficiency in database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)

• Contributions to open-source projects or developer communities

• High scores on HackerRank, LeetCode or other coding platforms

Education

Master’s / B Tech degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field, with strong programming knowledge.
