Lead Salesforce CPQ Engineer (Sales Cloud / CPQ)

As a Lead Salesforce CPQ Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions focusing on CPQ functionality. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Delivering complex Salesforce CPQ projects from technical design to production deployment. - Designing and developing Salesforce solutions with an emphasis on CPQ and QTC workflows. - Developing and maintaining custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs. - Troubleshooting and resolving production issues impacting workflows and integrations. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and suggest process improvements. - Overseeing the implementation and management of related tools such as ZoomInfo, Marketo, Gong, Outreach, LeanData, and DocuSign. - Establishing and monitoring KPIs for platform health, project delivery, and business outcomes. - Managing user adoption, training, and change management initiatives to maximize Salesforce engagement. - Staying current with Salesforce technologies and best practices to implement innovative solutions. - Fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - 5-7 years of enterprise-level Salesforce experience, including implementations and platform optimizations. - Expertise in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and system integrations. - Proficiency in Quote-to-Cash workflows with hands-on CPQ experience. - Strong technical skills in Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce development. - Deep understanding of Salesforce security, data governance, and industry best practices. - Experience with tools like DocuSign, managing workflows, and compliance. - Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships. - Self-starter capable of working independently and driving outcomes. - Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in dynamic environments. - Skilled at influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment. - Salesforce certifications (Certified Administrator, Platform Developer, or Architect) are a plus.
