Senior Manager (Salesforce Billing Specialist)

As a BT Sr Manager specializing in Salesforce Billing, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end Salesforce Billing projects, ensuring seamless integration with financial systems and efficient delivery of billing processes. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to streamline billing workflows, ensuring compliance with Salesforce standards, and providing technical leadership to the development team. Additionally, you will work towards enhancing automation, reporting, and analytics related to billing processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce Billing projects, from requirements gathering to post-production support. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance, and engineering teams to define and improve billing and revenue workflows. - Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, data privacy, and governance standards. - Utilize tools like Jira to manage deliverables in an agile environment. - Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best practices to the development team. - Partner with finance and operations teams to enhance automation, reporting, and analytics related to billing. **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 10+ years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Salesforce Billing. - Strong understanding of Salesforce customization, including objects, workflows, triggers, and integrations. - Proficiency in Salesforce security, data privacy, and governance standards. - Experience with Business Process Management tools like Jira. - Exposure to Workday ERP or other financial systems is an added advantage. **Preferred Certifications:** - Salesforce Certified Billing Specialist - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) In this role, you will need to demonstrate leadership skills in leading cross-functional teams, excellent communication skills to translate technical details into business language, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
