Job Description

Role Overview: As the Sales Enablement Manager at Netcore Cloud, you will be a crucial part of the Sales, Presales, and SDR teams, providing them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to excel in their roles. Your strategic contributions will drive pipeline generation, shorten sales cycles, and maximize revenue attainment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive Sales Enablement strategy aligned with overall business goals. - Create and deliver impactful training content for Sales, Presales, and SDR teams, covering product knowledge, sales methodologies, negotiation tactics, and objection handling. - Develop and curate sales collateral, playbooks, and other resources for ongoing learning and reference. - Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for process improvement. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Sales Enablement. - Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment between enablement programs and marketing messaging, product capabilities, and ongoing product development. Qualifications: - 3-7 years of experience in Pre-Sales or Sales Training with Collateral and Playbook creation in the MarTech space. - Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role like Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Sales, or 3+ years in a Training role within a Martech SAAS set. - Consultative Approach: Ability to understand business gaps and propose suitable solutions. - Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly. - Ability to develop engaging and interactive training materials. - Experience with CRM systems and sales technology tools would be advantageous. - Passion for sales and a commitment to continuous learning. - Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
