We are seeking a highly-skilled Lead Recruitment Consultant with 4-8 years of experience in the job market context of India to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of the Indian job market, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and have experience managing a team of recruiters.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
Lead a team of recruiters to identify, source, and recruit top talent in various industries
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals
Conduct interviews and assess candidates to determine their fit for specific roles
Provide guidance and coaching to team members to improve their performance
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
4-8 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the Indian job market
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proven ability to lead and manage a team of recruiters
Experience developing and executing recruitment strategies
Knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies
Ability to assess candidates and determine their fit for specific roles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
