Description We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Technical Test Lead with 12-14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software testing principles and practices, along with a strong technical background. You will be responsible for leading the testing efforts, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and mentoring junior testers. Your role will involve working closely with development and product teams to design and execute comprehensive testing strategies. Responsibilities Lead and manage the technical testing team to ensure high-quality software delivery. Develop and implement testing strategies, frameworks, and processes for various applications. Conduct performance, security, and functional testing to ensure software meets required standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and deliverables. Mentor and train junior team members on testing best practices and tools. Analyze and report on testing results, providing insights for continuous improvement. Maintain test environments and oversee configuration management for testing purposes. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 12-14 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on technical testing roles. Strong knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc. Experience in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation purposes. Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar for integrating testing into the development pipeline. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
