Job Description

Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in welding and fabrication, with a strong understanding of various welding techniques and safety protocols. You will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, setting up welding equipment, and ensuring the quality of welds in production.

Responsibilities

Interpret and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
Set up and operate welding equipment and tools effectively and safely.
Perform various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
Inspect welds for quality and ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
Maintain and repair welding equipment as necessary.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a welder (1-6 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of welding processes and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Familiarity with welding equipment and tools (e.g., MIG, TIG, arc).
Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions.
Certification in welding or related field is a plus.
