Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable welder to join our manufacturing/ fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high- quality welding work while ensuring safety, accuracy, and compliance with technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, ARC, or Gas welding as per job requirements.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Prepare metal surfaces by cutting , grinding, and cleaning prior to welding.
Ensure strong, precise, and visually acceptable welds.
Inspect finished welds for quality, strength, and accuracy.
Maintain welding equipment, tools, and work area in good condition.
Follow safety guidelines, company policies, and quality standards.
Meet production target and complete assigned work within deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

ITI Welder or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
Practical knowledge of welding machines and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of measurements and fabrication processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
