KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Lead Mobile Developer at NAAR, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and optimizing our mobile applications to deliver a seamless, engaging, and scalable user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our platform leverages the latest technologies and best practices in mobile development.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance mobile applications using

  React Native.

• Architect scalable solutions that support video streaming, live commerce, and AI-driven personalization features.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to enhance app functionality and user experience.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance through rigorous testing and code reviews.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance for various devices and operating systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Work Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on React Native.
• Proven track record of delivering complex mobile solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working in e-commerce, social media, or content-driven platforms is highly desirable.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in mobile development or React Native are a plus.

Skills / Behaviour Attributes:

• Expertise in React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of mobile application development lifecycle and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and modern front-end build pipelines.
