⚡ Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead - Project Manager to plan, manage, and deliver multiple cross-functional projects across technical and software domains. The role involves establishing strong project management practices, aligning execution with business objectives, and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a balance of technical understanding, leadership ability, and strategic thinking to guide teams through all stages of project delivery.
🎯 What You Will Do
- Lead, organize, and manage multiple concurrent projects from planning to delivery across engineering and software teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones with measurable KPIs and success criteria.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams in design, development, production, testing, and digital functions to ensure seamless project execution.
- Track progress, manage dependencies, and communicate regular updates on project health, risks, and mitigation actions.
- Identify and address project risks proactively, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Drive process standardization, documentation, and reporting to improve visibility and operational efficiency.
- Support engineering and operations in product design, validation, and transition to production.
- Promote agile and structured project management methodologies to improve adaptability and delivery efficiency.
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
- Act as a central point of communication between internal stakeholders, leadership, and external partners.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across all project teams.
- Ensure adherence to company safety, quality, and compliance standards.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline and 8 plus years in one or a combination of the following disciplines - Project Management, Project Engineering, and Customer Support.
- 8–15 years of experience managing multidisciplinary projects in a fast-growing, technology-oriented or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of engineering and software project life cycles from design and R&D to testing and production.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to deliver to customers’ expectations.
- Proven expertise in planning, scheduling, resource management, and risk control.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Asana, SAP, or Primavera.
- PMP or Agile certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead diverse teams, manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, and deliver results under tight timelines.
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented leader with strong problem-solving skills.
