You’ll own our design system, shape our brand, and craft intuitive experiences for our web platform and website. What you’ll own
- Product UI/UX
- Lead end-to-end design for our web platform and marketing website: research → IA → wireframes → high-fidelity UI → prototypes → developer-ready specs.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system (components, tokens, accessibility states) to accelerate product delivery.
- Advocate for accessibility (WCAG 2.1+), responsive behavior, and clear information architecture.
- Partner with PM/Engineering on discovery, usability testing, analytics-informed iteration, and healthy design-to-dev handoff.
Brand & Visual Direction
- Own Innobot Health’s visual identity: typography, color, illustration, iconography, motion, and brand guidelines.
- Create and steward a cohesive look & feel across web, product, social, email, events, and paid campaigns.
- Design sales collateral and marketing materials (one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, landing pages).
Creative Leadership & Collaboration
- Set the creative bar for the company and provide tasteful, actionable feedback to teammates and vendors.
- Liaise with and brief video editors, web developers, and marketing team members; ensure timelines, quality, and consistency.
- Establish processes for intake, prioritization, and QA of all design requests.
You’ll bring
- 7+ years of professional design experience, with 2+ years operating as a lead or sole designer owning brand + product.
- Portfolio that showcases shipped product UI/UX work and brand/marketing systems; clear rationale behind your decisions.
- Mastery of Figma (auto-layout, variants, tokens, interactive prototypes) and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects a plus).
- Strong UX fundamentals: problem framing, user flows, wireframes, interaction patterns, content hierarchy, usability testing.
- Experience creating/maintaining design systems for web apps; familiarity with developer handoff (design tokens, specs).
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS concepts to partner well with engineers (you don’t need to code production).
- Excellent visual craft and typography; ability to produce polished marketing assets quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Comfort collaborating across time zones; dependable project management and communication.
Nice to have (healthtech context helpful but not required)
- Prior healthtech or regulated-industry experience; familiarity with privacy-minded design.
- Basic motion design for UI micro-interactions or brand storytelling.
- Experience with data visualization, dashboards, or AI-assisted content tools.
- Familiarity with CMS/marketing tools (Webflow/Next.js handoff, HubSpot, GA4/Hotjar/Amplitude).
