About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirement-gathering sessions, documenting and clarifying business needs, and work closely with managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate capture of all requirements.
Analyze end-to-end RCM processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
Prepare PDDs, SDDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams.
Maintain SOPs and all structured documentation for RPA/RCM processes.
Work closely with RPA developers, RCM SMEs, and internal teams to support solution design and feasibility checks.
Track progress and timelines using Monday.com and participate in daily Scrum or update calls.
Conduct data analysis and share insights to support decision-making.
Assist with UAT planning, test case preparation, execution, and obtaining sign-off.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in
IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business
, or a related field.
2+ years of experience
in Business Analysis (
experience in RCM and RPA is must
).
Strong understanding of
RCM workflows
and
automation concepts
.
Familiarity with
RPA tools
such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate is an advantage.
Excellent
documentation, communication, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
are essential.
Experience with
Agile/Scrum, SDLC
, and project management tools like
Monday.com
.
