Job Purpose:

Lead - Physical Security will oversee security projects in data centres, develop and implement strategies to address risks and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting security assessments, and offering expert guidance on security matters.

Responsibilities

Project Management:

Lead and manage security projects within data centres, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Security Strategy

Develop and implement security strategies and plans to address potential risks and vulnerabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions into the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless implementation and operational efficiency.

Security Assessments

Conduct comprehensive security assessments to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and gaps in security measures, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Security Audits

Lead security audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements, identifying areas for remediation.

Risk Management

Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate security threats, continuously assessing and addressing potential security risks across projects.

Liaison With Government Bodies

Collaborate and liaise with government bodies and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to security.

Vigilance

Establish and maintain vigilance protocols to detect and prevent unauthorized access or security breaches, ensuring proactive monitoring of critical assets.

Incident Reporting

Oversee the incident reporting process, ensuring timely documentation, investigation, and communication of security incidents to relevant stakeholders.

Technology Trends

Stay informed about emerging security technologies and trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance the organization's security posture.

Subject Matter Expertise

Serve as a subject matter expert on security-related issues, offering insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Stakeholder Communication

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on security objectives, project goals, and initiatives.

Brand Positioning

Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.

Work Experience

12-15 years of experience in the Data Centres industry with relevant experience in asset security, personnel security, intelligence & vigilance, liaisoning with local police & government. Preference to candidates with services background
