Lead People Programs Specialist

You will leverage your expertise in data analytics, compensation and benefits, and workforce planning to influence strategic decisions for our large-scale organization. Join us to apply your skills and contribute to impactful HR programs that support our clients and business goals.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of people analytics strategies to support total rewards and workforce planning
  • Manage compensation and benefits data analysis to optimize employee programs
  • Coordinate the collection, organization, and synthesis of HR and compensation data from multiple sources
  • Develop and apply advanced statistical models and analytics to generate actionable insights
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Prioritize workload and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with accountability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR metrics and reporting processes
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analytics and reporting activities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in people analytics methodologies and tools
  • Support training and development efforts related to people analytics within the HR team
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial and statistical concepts relevant to HR analytics
  • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders
  • Analyze workforce trends and provide strategic guidance to leadership
  • Monitor and report on key HR performance indicators and metrics

 

Requirements

  • Master's degree or Diploma in Human Resource, Mathematics, or Statistics from a top-tier institute
  • Certification in People Analytics
  • Minimum 8 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in managing data analytics, compensation and benefits, total rewards, HR metrics, and workforce planning in a large-scale organization
  • Extensive knowledge of advanced statistical models and people analytics
  • Strong understanding of financial and statistical concepts
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle HR Analytics
  • Practical experience with SQL for data querying and management
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Demonstrated accountability and ownership with a self-driven mindset
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident in using Excel and PowerPoint for advanced data analysis and reporting
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate persuasively with stakeholders
  • English proficiency level B2 - Upper-Intermediate

 

Nice to have

  • Experience with people analytics software platforms
  • Knowledge of Tableau and Oracle HR Analytics tools
  • Additional certifications related to data analytics or HR technology
  • Experience in financial modeling related to compensation management
  • Advanced training in workforce planning methodologies
