About the Role

Lead – Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage partnerships across the value chain:

• Supply:

  Banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

• Demand:

  Digital aggregators, offline sourcing partners, and distribution networks.

• Enablers:

  Credit bureaus, fintech platforms, and technology service providers.
• Drive end-to-end

  partnership lifecycle management

  – from outreach and negotiations to execution and growth.
• Develop and implement

  partnership strategies

  aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless partner integration.
• Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to maximize ROI.
• Stay updated on market trends to identify and leverage new opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

• 3–6 years

  of experience in

  partnerships, business development, or alliances

  within BFSI, fintech, or digital platforms.
• Proven track record of managing

  B2B partnerships

  across banks, NBFCs, sourcing partners, and enablers.
• Strong

  negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

  .
• Ability to work cross-functionally and deliver measurable outcomes.

Good to Have

• Experience in

  digital lending, payments, or financial services ecosystems

  .
• Familiarity with

  credit bureau integrations, fintech innovations, or channel distribution models

  .
• Exposure to scaling

  multi-partner ecosystems
